  • How many times per week should I practice Yoga?
    We recommend at least 3 sessions or 5 sessions per week for the first month. Depending on your mind and body.

  • Do you provide a trial class?
    Yes. But the trail class is chargeable.. After two or three trail classes you can start a regular monthly or quarterly package.

  • Why am I supposed to refrain from eating 3 hours before class?
    Yoga involves a bit of twists and bends. If you do feel hungry one hour before your session, we recommend you to eat something light, such as fruits, Juice or yogurt.

  • How qualified are your yoga instructors?
    Every yoga teacher has at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Yog and minimum 5 years’ experience.

  • What is the duration of each session?
    Each session goes for minimum 45 minutes to 1 hour.

  • What are the charges?
    Our charges vary upon your location and category of our trainers.

    There are three categories:
    • Diamond -- Yoga Master: Post Graduate / MA in Yoga. 5 years+ experience.
    • Gold – Senior Yoga Teacher: Graduate in Yoga / Graduate + Diploma in yoga. 3years+ experience.
    • Silver – Yoga Teacher: Certificate In Yoga. 1 years+ experience.
