You can join our group yoga classes 3 days every week or 5 days every week, per month.

In our group Yoga & Meditation classes, we take care of your body type, mental state, current health condition and actual yoga requirements that suit your mind, body and soul.

At World Welfare Mission we offer a variety of group classes for all types of yoga practitioners from those just starting their practice to those looking to refine and challenge their advanced practice. All Levels classes cater to everyone while classes such as our Beginner and Intensive classes target those starting out and those with an advanced practice specifically.

Our group classes have different focuses, from gentle yoga beginner classes to Ashtanga Yoga Flow. Power Yoga, Weight Balance Yoga, Yoga for flexibility & Strength, Needful Pranayama, Guided Meditation, Therapeutic Yoga and cater to different experience levels, from complete beginner to advanced practitioners.
